After college, I had the opportunity to lead a group of 30 teenagers on a month long trip to Costa Rica. If you can imagine me and my co-leader teaching this group of average teens a drama to music. Every step was choreographed to an 8 count. Although it was difficult, I learned the gift of leadership. We had a clear direction for our time in Costa Rica and we aligned our team towards that goal. One day, after watching these somewhat selfish teens changed by the joy of the impoverished children, I knew I wanted to lead the rest of my life.

20 years, 2 countries and 30 some jobs later - here I am helping Executives, College graduates and missionaries through transitions.
